Did anyone see the bat-signal go off?!
Over the weekend, someone dressed up as the Joker and was seen jet-skiing under the Brooklyn Bridge in New York! Last August, someone was spotted jet skiing as the Joker but there's no confirmation if it's the same person or not.
The man had a full face of white makeup and signature red painted smile. The purple coat even had Batman signals on it!
The picture was posted on Twitter. Creepy!
