Florida Volunteers Take Part In COVID-19 Vaccine Trials

Could you be fined or sent to jail for not getting the coronavirus vaccine?

Dov Fox, a law professor at the University of San Diego, says yes.

According to Fox, “States can compel vaccinations in more or less intrusive ways. They can limit access to schools or services or jobs if people don’t get vaccinated. They could force them to pay a fine or even lock them up in jail.”
