Born: Seattle, WA
Rasied: Seattle WA
Before LA:  San Diego, CA

Favorite things:
Music, Phish Food Ice Cream, Sun, Beaches, LIVE music, . The Simpsons, cutting my own hair, dessert, building things, my dog Otis, and and I think doing fun things is fun. I like music in the vinyl record format while played on a direct drive turntable through a set of JBL speakers.

The first CDs I ever purchased with my paper route money were:
Johnny Gill “Fairweather Friend” & Paula Abdul “Shut Up and Dance”  (don't judge)

MUSIC:  these are artists that have influenced me, that I love, or I will always listen to) in no particular order:
AC/DC, Run DMC, Beastie Boys, White Stripes, Jay-Z, Biggy Smalls, Beach Boys, Billy Joel, Neil Diamond, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Alice In Chains, Soundgarden, Rage Against the Machine, The Fugees, Vendetta Red, Ben Harper, NIN, Dave Matthews, The Cure, Journey (of course), Led Zeppelin, Modest Mouse, Built to Spill, Jewel, Metallic, Cake, Jungle Brothers, Bright Eyes, Social Distortion, DJ Z-Trip, Kid Koala, Guns n Roses, NWA, Johnny Cash, Robert Johnson, Ludacris, Murs, Ida Marie, The Asteriod Galaxy Tour, The X-Executioners, Bijou, Muse, Weezer, Sublime, Dr. Dre, Band of Horses, Nas, Eminem, Cypress Hill, Joe Purdy, Beck,  Love as Laughter, REM, Snoop Dog, Men at Work, Kings of Leon, Airborne Toxic Event, Chris Cornell, Kooks, Killers, Incubus... to name a few.

Band that I wished more people heard before they broke up:  Vendetta Red

MOIVES/TV:

Movies seem to be getting worse and worse and more predictable - so committing 2-3 hours of my life to something that may suck does not happen very often. . . The Godfather, No Country For Old Men, Fargo, Hoop Dreams, Clerks, Dazed and Confused, Hoosiers, Bronx Tale, Dog Day Afternoon, Platoon...are some good ones.
TV is pretty much all reality stuff and the actually shows that end up on the air, I mean words can't explain how bad som eof it is (see the tne NEW Knight Rider). . .  Shows the cut the muster:  The Simpsons, 24, Prison Break, Family Guy, Six Feet Under, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Seinfeld, March Madness...

What else..?  oh!  Music!

Submitting Local Music – Please mail a physical CD (putting your info on the CD is a good idea!):

* I know it is tempting to email an MP3 since it much easier than mailing a CD but when your 6-meg song slows down my computer, chances are we wont like the song very much and will think that your band is somewhat lazy...  Thanks!
